Duhe Village is a famous flower gardening village, and it has the potential to develop tourism. The field investigation shows that it has the advantages of good ecological environment, rich folk culture, convenient traffic, policy support and positive residents. But there are some restrictive factors, such as little influence, insufficient infrastructure, and lack of professionals. Accord-ing to this situation, this paper puts forward the strategies of tourism development, such as increasing investment, speeding up infra-structure construction, proceeding marketing effectively, introducing more talents, strengthening training and enriching tourism products.%渡河村是一个远近闻名的“花卉园艺村”，具有旅游开发的潜力。通过实地调查，渡河村在开发乡村旅游上具备生态环境良好、民俗文化丰富、交通便利、政府支持、居民态度积极的有利条件，但也存在着对外影响力小、基础设施不足、旅游人才缺乏的制约因素。针对这种情况，提出了增加投入、加快基础设施建设、进行市场营销、扩大宣传、引进人才、加大培训及丰富旅游产品的旅游开发策略。
