我国社区居家养老模式的完善研究--以呼和浩特市赛罕区福源社区为例

摘要

The community-based home care model is a new pension model under the current pension situa-tion.Take Fuyuan Community , Hohhot as an example , the status quo of its operating is discussed , the prob-lems and reasons in construction is analyzed , and countermeasures to be improved are proposed:to be less de-pendent on government and attempt to transition of operating model;increase service of spiritual consolation;to establish a comprehensive system to participate;to improve the center's hardware and software facilities;to improve staff wages and service quality; to change people's understanding of home care services; to develop harmonious atmosphere .%社区居家养老服务模式是当前养老形势严峻情况下催生的一种新型的养老模式。以呼和浩特市福源社区为例，阐述福源社区居家养老服务中心的运营现状，分析当前居家养老服务在建设上存在的问题及原因，最后提出完善居家养老服务体系的对策：减轻对政府的依赖，尝试运营模式的转型；增加精神慰藉方面的服务；建立全方位共同参与体系；改善养老服务中心的软硬件设施；提高工作人员的工资待遇和业务素质；改变人们对居家养老服务的认识；培养和谐的居家养老氛围。
