循着古今中外文化学研究的逻辑与路径,指出粮食文化学是研究粮食文化现象及其发生发展规律的人文社会学科,阐释了粮食文化学的基本概念和理论范畴;着眼于粮食文化学与以“文化”为共同属性的学科和以“粮食”为研究对象的学科的联系与区别,阐述了粮食文化学在科学体系中的位置;针对粮食文化学的特殊矛盾性,从哲学方法、一般方法、特殊方法三个认识论层面提出了粮食文化学的研究方法。%Following the logic and path to the discipline of ancient and modern culture,the article points out that the food culture discipline is a humanities and social discipline which does research on the phenomenon of food culture and the law of the occurrence and development of food culture.It interprets the basic concepts and theoretical category of the food culture studies,forms a general overview and reflection of the nature of food culture while at the same time,focusing on the connections and differences between the food culture studies and the discipline with “culture”as the common property and with “food”as the object of studies.The paper discusses the positioning of the food culture studies in the disciplinary system and advances methods to re-search on the food culture discipline from 3 epistemological levels such as philosophical method,the general method,and specific method in the light of the special contradiction of the food culture studies.
