米糠中γ-谷维醇测定方法的研究

摘要

Two methods of determining γ-Oryzanol in rice bran ——HPLC andultraviolet spectrometry were studied deeply.The factors in ultravi olet spectrometry method including sample treatment,solvent selection,extracting time and light-stabilization of γ-Oryzanol ethanol solution were mainly inve stigated.The ultraviolet spectrometry is very suitable for industry production d ue to its conveniently operation,lower costing and reliability.%对于米糖中γ-谷维醇的测定方法——HPLC法和紫外分光光度法进行了深入研究，并着重对紫外分光光度法回收率、样品处理、提取溶剂、提取时间、光作用等各种影响因素进行了探讨，该方法操作方便，仪器简便，测定成本低，非常适合于工业生产．
