固体基质中根霉产酸性蛋白酶的回收条件优化

Taking enzyme activities as evaluation criterion, we studied the effect of different extraction conditions on the yield of acid protease produced by Rhizopus in solid substrate.The results showed that the yield of the acid protease reached the highest value when the acid protease was extracted in the lactic acid buffer (pH 3.0, 30 g/mL) as extraction solvent at 30 ℃ for 105 minutes.%研究不同的提取条件对酶回收率的影响,以酶活大小为评价标准.结果表明:以pH 3.0的乳酸缓冲液为提取溶剂,浸提倍数30倍,在30℃时浸提105 min时酸性蛋白酶的回收率最大.
