介绍了固态发酵及影响固态发酵过程的主要工艺条件,阐述了固态发酵各种反应器类型,讨论了固态发酵技术在生物转化、生物燃料、生物防治、垃圾处理和生物修复等方面的应用.%The paper introduced the solid-state fermentation (SSF) and the main technological conditions influencing the SSF, described the type of various kinds of SSF bioreactors and discussed the applications of SSF technology in the biotransformation, biofuels, biological control, waste treatment, bioremediation and so on.
