明代武职贴黄制度嬗变探究

摘要

Military post stickers yellow as the most important archives on military attache appointment, promotion,rewards and punishments and other aspects in the Ming Dynasty,it played an important role in the management of the Ming Dynasty military attache.The system formed in the Early Ming Dynasty,Although make appropriate adjustments based on the implementation in the mid-Ming Dynasty and repair all the loopholes in the system in the late Ming Dynasty,but still can not save the fate of it exist in name only.It can be said that the system has undergone a process of change from founding to decline.The reason is not only the system itself,but also with the decline of the Wei regime system and even related to the political crisis of the Late Ming Dynasty.%武职贴黄作为明代武官任免、晋升、奖惩等方面最为重要的档案资料，在明代武官管理中起到了重要的作用。该制度形成于明前期，虽曾在明中期依据实施情况作出适当调整，明后期又对制度中的种种漏洞进行修补，但仍无法挽救其名存实亡的命运。可以说，该制度经历了一个从创立到没落的嬗变过程。究其原因，不仅仅是制度本身的问题，还与卫所制度的衰败甚至明末政治危机有关。
