二战后美国海外利益维护机制及其启示

American has safeguarded its overseas interests after world war II by its domestic legislation and mechanism construction, which was mainly represented by relying on laws and mechanism, diversified diplomatic practice,the platform of international mechanism,the support of its military force and multi-mechanism supplemented by non-governmental forces. American practice and experience to maintain its overseas interests have important reference meaning to our country,China should confirm the emphasis and goals of overseas interests to protect,perfect the legislation and construction of government agencies,to enhance the full use of international mechanism,strengthen the overseas safeguard function of military force, cultivate and exert the auxiliary effect of non-governmental forces,attach importance to the construction of national image and improve the relationship between the government and citizens.%美国战后依靠国内立法和机制建设维护其海外利益，主要表现为以法律和机制为依托、以多元外交为实践方式、以国际机制为平台、以军事力量为后盾、以非政府力量为辅的多元机制。美国维护海外利益的实践和经验具有重要的借鉴意义：我国应明确海外利益维护的重点和目标，完善国内立法和政府机构建设，充分运用国际机制，增强海外军事力量的保障作用，培植和发挥民间力量的辅助作用，重视国家形象建设，改善政府与公民的关系。
