酵母铬对鹌鹑胆固醇代谢的影响

     

摘要

To determine the effect of yeast chromium on fat metabolism in quails, 180 quails with one-day-old were randomly allotted to six groups of 30. The diets with the yeast chromium (0 μg/kg,100 μg/kg,200 μg/ kg,400 μg/kg,600 μg/kg and 800 μg/kg) were fed to the quails in each group mentioned above. On the 29th,50th and 70th day of experimental treatment, 8 quails were randomly extracted from every group. The concentration of serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were determined. The results indicated that the concentration of serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was significantly increased and the low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and total cholesterol were significantly decreased in quails submitted to the chromium supplementation, respectively. 400 μg/kg and 600 μg/kg chromium addition presents protective role at fat metabolism in quails.%为了研究酵母铬对鹌鹑胆固醇代谢的影响,选取180只1日龄黄羽蛋用鹌鹑,按体质量随机分为6组,每组30只.通过在鹌鹑日粮中添加不同水平的酵母铬(以铬含量计:0 μg/kg、100μg/kg、200 μg/kg、400μg/kg 、600 μg/kg和800 μg/kg),建立试验动物模型.分别于试验处理第29天、第50天和第70天每组取8只,从心脏采血液,测定血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆同醇含量.测试结果表明:添加酵母铬显著提高了鹌鹑血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,降低了血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血清总胆固醇含量,其中,添加400 μg/kg和600 μg/kg铬对鹌鹑胆固醇代谢影响最大.
