公共危机管理中的公民参与研究

For public crisis management in government, there are different forms of citizen participation which will be timely and effective handling of the crisis. This article focuses on the meaning ,the approaches and the way of enhancing effects of citizen participation in public crisis management.%在政府公共危机管理中,存在着不同形式的公民参与,有效引导这些公民参与,将会对危机的及时有效处理发挥重要作用。本文将重点研究公民参与公共危机管理的意义、参与方式以及增强公民参与公共危机管理效果的途径。
