高效液相色谱法测定丹参益坤口服液中芍药苷和阿魏酸

摘要

Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in danshenyikunkoufurongye.Methods Using Eclipse Plus-C18 Agilengt chromatography column, mobile phase: acetonitrile-methanol-5% phosphoric acid (5∶40∶55).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;detection wavelength 320 nm, external standard method quantitative.Results Paeoniflorin in 0.163～3.264 μg(r=0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 98.26%, RSD=0.13% (n=6).Ferulic acid in 0.046 8～0.936 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 97.91%, RSD=0.54% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza oral solution.%目的 了解测定丹参益坤口服液中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法.方法 采Thermo Scientific-C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-甲醇-5%磷酸(5∶40∶55);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长230 nm,外标法定量.结果 芍药苷在0.163～3.264 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.26%,RSD=0.13%(n=6);阿魏酸在0.046 8～0.936 0 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.91%,RSD=0.54%(n=6).结论 该方法简便易行,有较高灵敏度,结果准确,可以用于丹参益坤口服液的质量控制.
