通过对河南省三所高校大学毕业生的问卷调查和访谈,了解比较贫困大学毕业生和非贫困生在就业认知、就业压力、就业行为等方面的特点,分析家庭期望、认知因素、应对方式、社会支持对他们就业心理状态的影响,最后提出加强贫困大学生心理教育和就业指导的原则、建议和意见。%With the questionnaire and interview of the university graduates in three universities in Henan Province , this paper try to understand and compare the characteristic of the Poor college graduates and the non -poor ones on Employment cognition ,employment pressure ,the employment behavior ,and to analyze how the Family expectations , cognitive factors ,coping styles and social support can affect on their employment psychological state ’ s result .Final-ly,the paper figure out the Suggestions and comments on Strengthening the poor college students ’ psychological ed-ucation and the principle of employment guidance .
