基于 QFD 技术的应用型本科人才培养方案设计

摘要

The design of applied undergraduate training scheme should start from the industry enterprise and social needs,closely integrate professional orientation,and highlight professional competence and quality cultivation.The paper puts forward the design method of applied undergraduate training scheme based on QFD technology:establis-hing the quality house of training objectives,training scheme and implementation process,transforming the demands of relevant parties into quality characteristics of teaching implementation process step by step,and determining the critical and important quality characteristics at the various stages,which helps the application-oriented colleges im-proving the quality of personnel training.At the same time the empirical study of construction cost major is made in this paper.%应用型本科人才培养方案设计应从行业企业和社会需求出发，紧密结合专业办学定位，突出职业岗位能力和素质培养。基于QFD技术，提出了应用型本科人才培养方案设计的思路和方法：建立培养目标、培养方案、实施过程质量屋，逐层将相关方需求展开为教学实施过程质量特性，并确定出各个阶段关键质量特性。结合工程造价专业进行实证研究。
