基于STP营销理论的应用型技术本科人才培养定位探析

         

摘要

Applied technological undergraduate talents training is an important function of applied colleges and universities in China, and it is also the strong urge for developing current regional economics. In order to ensure the applied technological undergraduate talents well positioned and coordinately develop with regional economy, according to STP marketing theory, the cultivation of applied undergraduate colleges should make clear segmentation for talents training, position talent training according to targeted market, try to differ from traditional colleges, and establish specialty development strategies according to regional economic and social development. Therefore, higher education institutes should build effective assurance mechanism in the aspects of talents training principles, innovative management, service orientation, evaluation system and integrating degree.%应用型技术本科人才培养是当前我国应用型高等院校的一项重要职能,也是当前区域产业经济发展的迫切要求。利用营销学“STP”理论,应用技术本科应对人才培养进行市场细分、根据选择的目标市场进行人才培养定位,做到办学转型与传统普通高校有所区分,并根据区域经济社会市场发展战略定位和需求确定高校学科专业发展战略。为此,应用型技术本科高校应在人才培养理念、管理创新、服务导向、评价机制和契合度上构建有效的保障机制,从而确保应用技术本科人才培养定位与区域经济协调发展。
