乌江流域土家族巫歌文化浅析

摘要

土家族巫歌是土家族人民在长期的生活实践中共同创作和传承的带有巫术性质的民间歌谣。乌江流域土家族巫歌不仅是一种最原始音乐的象征，而且对土家族文化具有一定的习惯法功能，其中所包含的敬神祭祖的传统习惯法规则、和谐自然的生态意识和诚实守信的公平观念是值得传承和发扬的，但也要摒弃民族宗法的陈规陋习等不良风俗习惯。%Witch song is the folk song which formed by the Tujia people living in long - term practice of co - creation and transmission with the nature of witchcraft. It is not only the symbol of one of the most original music, but also has a certain function for Tujia culture of customary law. It is worthy of heritage and development about the ancestral worship which included the original rules of customary law, the natural harmony laws of ecological awareness and the legal concept of fair and honest, but we also should pay attention to abandon to be free of legal acts and other negative ethnic stereotypes of patriarchal customs.
