基于研究生思想政治理论课“2010方案”的教学评价科学化

     

摘要

基于思想政治理论课“2010方案”实施及新课程建设的要求,研究生思想政治理论课教学评价要从思想认识上以马克思主义评价观为根本的理论指导,以党和政府有关思想政治理论课、思想政治教育和研究生教育文件为政策指导;在实践行动上要紧扣研究生思想政治理论课教学目标确定评价目标,发挥各类评价主体对研究生思想政治理论课的促进作用,全面统筹研究生思想政治理论课各方面的评价内容,结合研究生思想政治理论课特点灵活运用评价方法,依据研究生思想政治理论课的课程要求设计评价指标,从研究生思想政治理论课教学改进角度反馈及应用评价结果;在条件保障上提供人员机构,强化制度建设。通过思想认识到位、实践行动到位和条件保障到位,形成良性作用机制,实现研究生思想政治理论课教学评价科学化。%Based on the ideological and political theory course “2010 plan” implementation and the require-ments of the new curriculum construction, graduate student ideological and political theory course teaching e-valuation should take Marxist concept of evaluation as the basis of theoretical guidance, take the party and the government relevant documents as the policy guidance. On the practical action, we should set the evaluation target according to the ideological and political theory course teaching goals, play all kinds of evaluation sub-jects’ role, synthesize evaluation content, use evaluation methods flexibly combining with the course charac-teristics, design the evaluation index according to the course requirements, and improve the feedback and ap-plication of the evaluation results from the perspective of course teaching. In addition, we should guarantee the personnel providing and strengthen the system construction. In short words, we reform the mechanism from ideological understanding, practical action and guarantee conditions to realize scientific graduate students ide-ological and political theory class teaching evaluation.
