双生病毒基因组变异的研究进展

摘要

双生病毒是一类在世界范围内广泛发生的植物单链DNA病毒,在多种重要经济作物上引起危害.综述了双生病毒的基因组结构特点、基因组变异类型以及变异影响因素等方面的国内外研究进展,以助于了解双生病毒的进化规律,并为采取有效而稳定的策略控制该病毒引起的病害提供依据.%Geminiviruses,a group of plant single DNA viruses, distribute widely in the world and cause damage to a variety of important economic crops.The research progress on genomic structure, variation and variation factors of geminiviruses is reviewed, so as to know the evolution law of geminiviral genomes and present the evidence for control strategies for diseases caused by geminiviruses.
