A simplified method was developed for determining the residue of beta-cypermethrin pesticide in Cornus officinalis using HPLC for analysis. The QuEChERS(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe)sample preparation method was modified to produce good analytical results for pesticide beta-cypermethrin. The pesticide was extracted from samples with acetonitrile,and purified by matrix solid-phase dispersion using anhydrous MgSO4, PSA and C18. The results showed that good linearity for beta-cypermethrin existed in the range of 0.03-0. 12μg with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9986. The detection limit of the instrument was 1.5 × 10-11g. Use of matrix-matched standards provided acceptable results for pesticide beta-cypermethrin with overall average recovery between 80％ and 94％. The consistent RSD was ＜4.5％ for pesticide in sarcocarp and ＜7.5％ for pesticide in leaf.%采用乙腈提取,基质固相萃取净化,HPLC测定,建立了高效氯氰菊酯在山茱萸上的残留分析方法.结果表明:高效氯氰菊酯在0.03～0.12μg范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数为0.998 6,仪器的最小检出量为1.5×10g.在0.05μg、0.1μg、0.5μg 3个添加水平上,高效氯氰菊酯的平均回收率为80.87 %～94.61%,相对标准偏差为2.09%～7.42%.该方法灵敏度和精密度均能满足微量农药残留分析要求,可实现对山茱萸样品中高效氯氰菊酯的快速定量测定.
