超声水提紫荆花总黄酮的工艺研究

             

摘要

以料液比、超声功率、超声时间为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为测定指标,采用正交试验优化紫荆花总黄酮的提取工艺.结果表明,紫荆花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶8、超声功率70 W、超声时间20 min,此条件下提取的紫荆花总黄酮含量为3.73 mg/g.该超声水提工艺稳定、简单安全、成本低,适合紫荆花总黄酮的提取.%Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction technology with the content of total flavonoids as index, and the ratio of material, ultrasonic power, and extracting time as inspecting factors. The optimal extraction technology was the ratio of material to solvent of 1?8,ultrasonic power of 70 W and extracting for 20 min,with the content of total flavonoids of 3. 73 mg/g. The extraction technology is steady, safe, simple and suitable for extracting total flavonoids from Cercis chinensis Bunge.
