Aimed at designing a new guaranteed cost controller, this paper discusses the design of guaranteed cost controller problem for a class of time-varying time-delay singular systems with nonlinear function and parameter' s uncertainty. The paper begins with a sufficient condition for the existence of guaranteed cost controller by means of Lyapunov stable theory and linear matrix inequality approach, proceeds with the method of guaranteed cost controller by use of the solution of linear matrix inequality and ends with the simulation result showing the feasibility of the approach.%为设计一个新的保性能控制器,研究了一类参数不确定且带有非线性函数的时变时滞广义系统的保性能控制问题.利用Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式方法,给出了该系统状态反馈保性能控制器存在的充分条件,并通过线性矩阵不等式的可行解给出了保性能控制器的设计方法.最后,仿真实例验证了该方法的可行性.
