纯铝与Q235钢的高频感应钎焊工艺

         

摘要

为改善铝和钢的焊接接头性能,使用铝硅钎料对纯铝和Q235钢进行高频感应钎焊实验研究.利用扫描电子显微镜分析钎焊接头的显微组织,并采用万能实验机测定其剪切强度.结果表明:在焊接电流360~380 A、焊接时间35~39 s条件下,高频感应钎焊可以实现工业纯铝与Q235钢的连接.钎缝由交互结晶区、钎缝中心区和合金层组成.钎焊时间或钎焊电流增加,均能使钎缝合金层厚度增加,钎焊接头剪切强度增大.该研究对铝/钢异种金属的连接应用有重要价值.%This paper seeks to improve the performance of aluminum and steel welded joints, using aluminum-silicon brazing alloy to conduct high-frequency induction brazing experiments on pure alumi-num and Q235 steel.The targeted study analyzes the microstructure of the brazed joints by scanning elec-tron microscopy and measures the shear strength by a universal testing machine.The results show that high frequency induction brazing allows the connection between industrial pure aluminum and Q235 steel given the conditions of welding current of 360-380 A and welding time of 35-39 s;brazing seam con-sists of the interactive crystallization zone, brazing seam center, the alloy layer;and an increase in bra-zing time or brazing current ensures an increase in the brazing seam alloy layer thickness and a conse-quent increase in the brazing joint shear strength.The study is of potentially great value to the connection of aluminum/steel dissimilar metals.
