针对现有的应用静电感应原理测量低浓度粉尘不够精确的问题,根据文丘里效应改进现有的直通管道,使之形成收缩段、喉道段、扩散段来提高粉尘的运行速度,增大环状静电传感器的感应电荷量,通过遗传算法求解改进模型,分析静电感应电荷量的最大值,获得喉道段最优直径.结果表明:改进管道的管径比为0.732时,静电传感器的感应电荷量最大,带电颗粒越靠近管壁,感应电荷量越大.该研究提出的改进装置提高了粉尘浓度的检出限.%This paper presents an attempt to address an inaccuracy inherent in the measurement of low concentration dust using the principle of electrostatic induction.The research building on Venturi effect involves improving the existing pipeline in such a way that there is the formation of contraction sec-tion, throat section, and diffusion section to improve the speed of dust, with a consequent increase in the amount of induced charge ring electrostatic sensor; and, identifying the maximum value of electrostatic induction charge formula using genetic algorithm to develop an improved model, and thereby obtaining the optimal diameter of throat section.The results show that when the improved pipeline with the diameter ra-tio of 0.732 would have the largest induction charge of the electrostatic sensor;and the closer the charged particles are to the tube walls, the greater the amount of induced charge is.The improved device may im-prove the detection limit of dust concentration.
