甘油磷酸胆碱制备及纯化技术研究进展

摘要

甘油磷酸胆碱因具有降低高血脂、改善老年人的记忆和认知能力、治疗阿尔茨海默症和修复脑神经损伤病等效用，使其备受科学界的关注，对甘油磷酸胆碱的研究越来越广泛。现对甘油磷酸胆碱的生物学意义、制备及纯化技术的研究现状进行了系统概述，希望为甘油磷酸胆碱产业化生产提供有力依据。%Glycerol phosphate choline can reduce the high blood cholesterol,improve memory and cognitive ability of the elder,have the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,and repair the utility of brain damage,which acquire the scientific community concern. So glycerophosphorylcholine has been studied widely. The biological significance,research status,preparation and purification technology of glycerol phosphate choline were summarized,and it provided the strong basis for industrial production of glycerol phosphate choline.
