Russians are different from the Chinese way of thinking and language expression differences are bigger, and the grammatical structure of Russian and Chinese are different .Russian and Chinese translation modifier needs appropriate processing to make translation of language on the basis of faithfully conforming to the grammar of the Chinese logic and the Chinese habits of thinking and language .Some adjectives ( verb) or noun form a second act as modifier , the position of grammar translation only with Russian habits .easy to under-stand by not conforming to the Chinese grammar and Chinese language habits .At this point it is adjusting its position in the Chinese translation in this paper , according to the different content adjustment , switch , and switch places ,Thus,the statement will be smooth and logical .%俄罗斯人生活习惯、思维方式与中国人不同，语言表达方式差别较大，且俄汉两种语言的语法结构也相去甚远。俄汉翻译时修饰语需要适当处理使翻译过来的语言文字在忠实原文的基础上，符合中文的语法逻辑和中国人的思维及语言习惯。某形容词（形动词）或名词第二格形式所充当的修饰语，译后所在的语法位置仅符合俄语习惯安排，汉译文则不符合汉语语法和中国人的语言习惯。此时就需要调整其在汉译文中的位置，按照不同的内容调整、对调、互换位置，便于理解。这样，译出来的语句才会通顺，合乎逻辑。
