精细化管理与高校师资队伍建设研究--以三明学院为例

摘要

新建本科院校师资队伍建设关系到院校发展的关键软件，其现状与基本特征决定了要实施更细致的管理。探讨师资队伍精细化管理的可行性，运用精细化管理理论，构建新建本科院校师资队伍建设精细化管理的主要途经与方法，即：量化原则育人定位，以人为本全员参与，行政、知识、目标组合，达到高效、高质量的管理。%This paper analyzed the current situation and characteristics of teaching staff in newly estab-lished undergraduate colleges.Then it probed into the feasibility of delicacy management in the newly estab-lished undergraduate colleges teaching staff construction, and on the basis of the theory of delicacy manage-ment, it put forward the ways to carry out the delicacy management in the teaching staff construction .
