国家开放大学教育资源共享有效方式探析

Construction of teaching Resources in Open University education is an important pillar of the country and the core.Promoting the integration and sharing of educational resources improve its effectiveness of the application, which is an important part of the current building at the national Open University .Construction quality of open education resources directly related to the development of the National Open University.Educa-tional institutions at all levels of the Open University of China can make use of open education teaching plat-form, the use of network resources, to break the boundaries of time and space, to meet the different regions, different levels of professional education needs and promote social and economic development for the communi-ty to train a large number of useful talent.%开放教育的教学资源建设是国家开放大学的重要支柱及核心所在。推动国家开放大学教育教学资源的整合与共享，提高其应用效益，是当前建设国家开放大学的重要内容。开放教育教学资源的建设直接关系国家开放大学的发展。国家开放大学的各级办学单位都可以借助开放教育的教学平台，利用网络资源，突破时空界限，满足不同地区、不同层次、不同专业的教育需求，促进社会经济的发展，为社会培养大批实用人才。
