By using the empirical and statistical research methods,and based on the changes of the role and behavior of social sports instructors,this paper analyzes the individual and environmental factors influencing the development of social sports instructors in%运用实证、统计等研究方法,以社会体育指导员角色和行为的发展变化为主线,对影响合肥市社会体育指导员发展的个人因素和环境因素进行分析,探究社会体育指导员发展的动因,探讨社会体育指导员培养措施,寻求不断推动社会体育指导员队伍发展壮大的策略。
