加强大学生创新创业能力的培养是高校人才培养的战略性问题，围绕创新创业人才培养所开展的教育教学改革，是高等教育综合改革中最核心的部分。针对高校发展过程中日益凸显的“同质化”和“异化”倾向，需要坚持科学定位，分类指导，育人为本，回归教学，为全面深化高校综合改革正本清源。%It is a great strategy for colleges and universities to foster their students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability,so the teaching reform focusing on it is the core for the comprehensive re-form of higher education.As for the tendency of homogenization and heterization in the develop-ment of those colleges and universities,a scientific orientation should be insisted,with different guidance given to different categories,and the orientation of education should be kept with teach-ing as the key so as to clear up the sources and get to the bottom of problems for deepening the comprehensive reform.
