公共危机事件中的政务微信话语分析--以“平安天津”微信公众号为例

Government affairs wechat has become an important channel for official information dis-semination.What are the characteristics of the government affairs wechat discourse in the public crisis under the new media landscape?A discourse analysis on Tianjin Police Wechat in the bombing has been made.On this basis,strategies for crisis discourse disseminating of the gov-ernment affairs wechat are proposed.%新媒体格局下，政务微信已成为官方信息传播的重要渠道。公共危机事件中，政务微信话语是处理危机非常重要的传播资源。通过文本和语境兼顾、定量和定性结合的方法，以天津8．12爆炸事件中的公安微信公众号“平安天津”为例，探索危机事件中政务微信的话语特点，提出政务微信危机话语传播策略，有利于政务部门增强利用新媒体应对危机的能力。
