补肾生精汤对房劳小鼠模型生精细胞的影响

摘要

目的：观察补肾生精汤对生精细胞的影响，以探讨其治疗男性不育症的作用机制。方法：采用诱导雄性小鼠性交过度的方法，复制房劳小鼠模型，实验分为治疗组和自复组，造模8周、治疗30天。检测内容包括小鼠一般情况、睾丸和附睾外观及重量、睾丸精子密度及畸形率、血清睾酮水平、睾丸组织亚单倍体 DNA 含量等。结果：治疗组较自复组各项指标均有明显差异。结论：补肾生精汤能使房劳小鼠生精功能得到改善，提高生殖能力。%　　Objective: to observe the effect of Bushen Shengjing Tang on androgones so to explore the mecha-nism of action in treating male sterility.Methods: mouse models with excessive sexual intercourse made by inducing male mice to do excessive intercourse were divided into treatment group and self -recovery group.The experiment, with model-making for 8 weeks and treating for 30 days, was to detect the general conditions, appearance and weight of the testis and the epididymis, sperm count and rate of abnormal sperm , serum testosterone level, and DNA content in testis sub-haploid.Results: all the indexes had significant differences between groups .Conclusion:Bushen Shengjing Tang is able to improve the spermatogenic action of the mice with excessive intercourse and en -hance the reproductive activity.
