不同时间窗中药对血管性痴呆小鼠脑神经递质的影响

摘要

Objective:to explore the best time in treatment of BN mice induced by brain ischemia-reperfusion injury with Chinese medicine:Yiqi Huoxue formula ( benefiting qi for activating blood circulation ) .Methods: ischemia-reperfusion-induced BN model mice were made by repeatedly ligating bilateral carotid arteries.Observe NE, DA and 5-TH contents in brain neurotransmitter of the mice by treatment with Yiqi Huoxue fumula at different time window.Results:3 days'treatment could increase the NE , DA and 5-TH contents, which could protect the ischemia-reperfusion-induced BN model mice.The immediate treatment group responded the best.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue formula achieves the best result by immediate treatment to BN mice , effective within 3 days.If permitted, treating as early as possible is preferred.%目的：探讨中药益气活血方治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤致血管性痴呆小鼠的最佳时间。方法：利用反复结扎双侧颈总动脉方式建立缺血再灌注血管性痴呆小鼠模型，经不同时间窗的益气活血方治疗后，观察模型小鼠脑神经递质去甲肾上腺素（NE）、多巴胺（DA）、5-羟色胺（5-TH）的含量。结果：益气活血方即刻治疗组、3天后治疗组均可增加脑组织中去甲肾上腺素（ NE）、多巴胺（ DA）、5-羟色胺（5-TH）的含量，对缺血再灌注血管性痴呆小鼠有一定的保护作用，其中即刻治疗组疗效最佳。结论：中药益气活血方治疗血管性痴呆的最佳时间以即刻为最好，3天以内均可有一定的效果，在条件许可的情况下，应采取尽早治疗的原则。
