葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性与安全性的Meta分析

摘要

Objective:to evaluate the curative effect and the reliability of puerarin injection in treating coronary artery disease and angina pectoris.Methods:through PubMed, Wanfang data knowledge service platform, EMbase, CNKI and VIP, collect RCT ( ran-domized controlled trials) of Puerarin injection and compound Danshen injection in treating coronary artery disease and angina pectoris, with search view from database building to July, 2013.In strict accordance with Admission Criteria, choose literature and documents, conduct quality evaluation before Meta analysis with RevMan 5.0.Results:11 RCT were admitted, including 1361 patients.Meta a-nalysis showed:puerarin injection reduced the symptoms of coronary artery disease and angina pectoris more significantly than com-pound Danshen injection〔OR=2.97, 95%CI (2.27~3.77)〕; puerarin injection improved ecg index much more than compound Danshen injection ( OR=3.75, 95%CI (2.80~5.03)) .Conclusion: compared to compound Danshen injection, puerarin injec-tion can reduce the symptoms of coronary artery disease and angina pectoris and improve ecg indexes.%目的：评价葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索PubMed、万方数据知识服务平台、 EMbase、 CNKI、 VIP等数据库，收集葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验，检索视线从建库至2013年7月。严格按照纳入标筛选文献、提取资料和质量评价后，采用RevMan 5．0软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入11项随机对照研究，包括1361例患者。 Meta分析结果显示：葛根素注射液组降低冠心病心绞痛症状高于复方丹参注射液组[结果显示： OR＝2．97，95％CI （2．27～3．77）]；葛根素注射液组对改善冠心病心绞痛心电图指标高于复方丹参注射液组[结果显示： OR＝3．75，95％CI （2．80～5．03）]。结论：葛根素注射液与复方丹参注射液相比，具有降低冠心病心绞痛症状及改善心电图症状的作用。
