京津冀协同发展背景下推进河北人才信息化建设策略研究

摘要

京津冀区域经济一体化的快速推进,给人才信息化建设提出了更新更高的要求.在此背景下,对京津冀人才队伍现状、人才信息化建设及存在问题进行分析研究,并结合河北实际,提出构建人才市场信息化云服务平台、优化信息服务模式、加强信息化队伍建设方面的构想和策略.%As the advancing of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional economic integration, it puts forward higher require-ments to information technology personnel. In this context, the paper analyzes status of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, per-sonnel information technology construction and proposes strategies for construction of the talent market information cloud service platform, optimization information service module, and information technology team building.
