应用型本科院校财务管理专业课程体系优化设置研究

摘要

The focus of application-oriented universities lies in application.The universities should be guided by the outlooks on talents,quality and education,which can reflect time spirit and requirement of social development,and devoted to cultivate applicable talents with strong social adaptability and competi-tive capability.For this,the universities must combine tightly with local features and pay attention to students’practice ability.The core link is practical teaching.Based on the current situation of financial management major in Hebei North University,the paper finds some problems,such as overlapping course system,repeated content in some courses,fewer application-oriented curriculum,lack of freedom in selec-ting courses,and inadequate supervision in practical teaching.Aiming at these problems,the paper offers some relevant measures.%应用型本科院校重在应用，要求以体现时代精神和社会发展要求的人才观、质量观和教育观为先导，培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争能力的高素质应用型人才；要求紧密结合地方特色，注重学生实践能力，培养应用型人才，其核心环节是实践教学。基于河北北方学院经济管理学院财务管理专业课程现状，发现存在课程体系交叉、部分专业课程内容重复、应用型课程设置少、选修课程缺乏自由度和实践性教学环节设置监管不足等问题，提出应加大应用型课程设置比例、根据学生实际需求设置课程和选修课程，并加强实践性教学环节等相应措施。
