自由还是奴役--论古希腊雅典的公民权

摘要

Athens of ancient Greece is always considered to be a representative of an era in terms of her politics,philosophy,art,etc.The modern democratic countries hold her in high esteem for her freedom and democracy.However,the once democratic city of Athens is not so free and nice as contemporary people think.Civil rights in Athens are quite perfect,but almost completely enveloped by public awareness,these civil rights have already partially deviated from freedom and become slavery.%古希腊的雅典，作为最具理想色彩的古代城邦，一直以来为人们津津乐道，从政治、哲学与艺术等方面来看，其都不失为一个时代的代表，并且泽被后世。古代雅典的自由和民主更是为现代民主国家所推崇，然而，曾经民主的雅典并非现代人所认为的那样自由和美好。雅典的公民权相当完善，可是，建立在几乎完全为公共意识所笼罩下的公民权，在某些时候已经背离了自由，走向了奴役。
