摘要

XunxiaShichen is also called XunxiaMadiPuguan.He is the inspector in the postal system, which has strict criteria for selection.The main responsibility of an inspector is to regularly inspect delivery shops,to check the registration,to thoroughly investigate procrastination,and to supervise shop soldiers.In addition,there is a strict management system of rewards and punishments.The establishment of the Xunxi-aShichen is a great achievement of postal system in Song Dynasty,which guarantees the smooth delivery, improves the ancient postal system,and provides a lesson for the present postal system.%巡辖使臣又称巡辖马递铺官，是宋代递铺系统中的监察官，有着严格的选派标准，承担定时巡查递铺、检查簿历、根刷违滞和监督铺兵等主要职责。此外，还有严格的奖惩管理制度。巡辖使臣一职的设立完善了古代的邮驿制度，保证了邮传的顺畅，是宋代邮驿监察制度的一大创制，对于今天的邮递传运仍有重要的借鉴意义。
