教育均衡视野下承德市农村学前教育发展的路径分析

     

摘要

The researchers investigate some typical early childhood institutions and kindergartens in Chengde District to study the development balance of preschool education between urban and rural area. The result shows that the preschool education in Chengde District is unbalanced with incomplete administrative system and mecha-nism, relatively low professional qualities of the teachers and the backward educational concepts of the parents. To promote the balanced development of preschool education between urban and rural area, local government must guarantee the fulfill of responsibility, a high-quality teaching staff should be formed and the rural education-al resources must be used effectively in many ways and communication with the parents is a indispensible mea-sure.%当前承德市学前教育发展总体来说不均衡。分析其原因,主要有学前教育管理体制与机制不健全;教师专业素质偏低,不能有效利用农村当地有效资源;农村幼儿家长教育观念落后三个方面。为了促进承德市学前教育城乡均衡发展,必须明确政府职责,责任落实到个人;建设一支高素质的教师队伍,多种形式有效利用农村学前教育资源;观念是根本,做好农村学前教育教师与家长的沟通工作。
