目的 评价结核分枝杆菌重组Ag85A蛋白为抗原进行结核病血清学诊断的价值.方法 以重组Ag85A蛋白为抗原,通过酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测健康体检者147例和结核患者143例血清中的抗结核抗体;同时以结核杆菌特异性抗体快速检测试剂盒为对照.结果 用重组Ag85A蛋白和结核杆菌特异性抗体快速检测试剂盒检测结核患者143例血清中抗结核抗体的灵敏度分别为63.6%和29.4%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);检测健康体检者147例血清的特异性分别为78.2%和85.0%.结论 结核分枝杆菌重组Ag85A蛋白具有较强的抗原性,可以作为结核病抗结核抗体检测的血清学诊断试剂之一.%Objective To investigate the value of serodiagnosis for tuberculosis ( TB ) using recombinant Ag85A protein from Mycobacterium tuberculosis as antigen.Methods The level of antibody IgG in 147 sera from healthy people and 143 sera from TB patients were analyzed by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) using recombinant Ag85A protein as antigen.The TB - specific antibody rapid detection kit was used as control.Results Of 290 sera, the sensitivities of IgG against recombinant Ag85A protein and the TB - specific antibody rapid detection kit were 63.6% and 29.4% ,respectively, their specificities were 78.2% and 85.0%, respectively.Conclusion The recombinant Ag85A protein had good antigenicity, and might be selected as one of serodiagnostic antigen for TB.
