Wnt5a、CyclinB2在甲状腺肿瘤组织及血清中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 探讨Wnt5a、细胞周期蛋白B2(cell cycle protein B2,CyclinB2)在甲状腺癌患者组织及血清中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应方法检测Wnt5a、CyclinB2在甲状腺癌患者(30例)及甲状腺良性疾病患者(30例)手术切除组织及外周血清中的表达.结果 Wnt5a及CyclinB2在甲状腺癌组织及血清中高表达;差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Wnt5a、CyclinB2可作为鉴别诊断甲状腺乳头状癌和甲状腺良性病变的重要参考指标,联合检测效果更好,更有实用价值.%Objective To explore the expression of Wnt5a and CyclinB2 in the thyroid gland cancer and their relationship so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods Reverse transcription — polymerase chain reaction ( RT — PCR ) was used to detect the expression of Wnt5a and CyclinB2 in 30 cases of papillary thyroid cancer tissue and serum and 30 case of benign thyroid tumor tissue and serum. Results Wnt5a and CyclinB2 were highly expressed in thyroid cancer tissue and serum with significant differences ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Wnt5a and CyclinB2 can be used as important indices for differential diagnosis of thyroid papillay cancer and thyroid benign lesion. The combined detection of Wnt5a and CyclinB2 is better and more valuable.
