Objective Different kinds of suture were used to sew up rats' skin, then the number of inflammatory cells and the number of fibroblasts in the scar tissue were observed and compared to decide which kind of suture can make the incision healing best and make the scar smallest. Methods Incisions of abdomen skin were sutured with three kinds of suture in 10 healthy Wistar rats. All the incisions were allocated into three groups on the basis of the category of the suture. Three weeks after operation, the infiltration level of inflammatory cells was observed, then the infiltration level of fibroblasts was detected with immunohistochemistry. Results The number of inflammatory cells in the scars in absorbable suture group and PROLENE suture group was fewer than that of common suture group( P < 0. 01 ). The number of fibroblasts in absorbable suture group was fewer than the PROLENE group and the common suture group( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The application of absorption suture and PROLENE suture can relieve inflammatory reaction of incision with less fibroblasts and smaller scar.%目的 不同种类的手术缝线应用于大鼠皮肤缝合,比较大鼠皮肤瘢痕组织镜下炎细胞及成纤维细胞形成数量,观察比较哪种缝线对皮肤切口达到最佳愈合、瘢痕形成最小.方法 将健康Wistar大鼠10只,分别应用3种不同缝线及皮内连续缝合方法缝合大鼠腹部皮肤.根据缝线的种类将切口编为3组.术后3周,病理学观察缝合处皮肤炎细胞及成纤维细胞浸润程度.结果 人工可吸收线组、PROLENE线组与普通丝线组相比,术后切口及周围皮下组织炎细胞浸润数量明显减少(P<0.01);人工可吸收线组较PROLENE线组及普通丝线组术后切口及周围皮下组织成纤维细胞形成数量明显减少(P<0.01).结论 使用人工可吸收线及PROLENE线可以减轻术后切口的炎症反应;使用人工可吸收线,术后切口成纤维细胞数量少,瘢痕体积小.
