清创术联合420 nm强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮凹陷性瘢痕和炎性红斑的效果观察

         

摘要

目的 观察清创术联合420 nm强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮凹陷性瘢痕和炎性红斑的效果.方法 将254例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组128例和对照组126例,治疗组采用清创术联合420 nm强脉冲光治疗,对照组采用420 nm强脉冲光治疗,每2周1次,共4次,2个月治疗结束后,进行疗效、凹陷性瘢痕和炎性红斑消退情况评价.结果 2组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).凹陷性瘢痕清除评价,治疗组满意度92.2%,对照组满意度69.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).炎性红斑消退时间比较,治疗组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 清创术联合420 nm强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮效果显著,凹陷性瘢痕的发生率明显降低,可以促进炎性红斑消退.%Objective To study the efficacy of debridement combined with 420 nm intense pulsed light in the treatment of the moderate to severe acne and the depressed scar and inflammatory erythema.Methods Two hundred and fifty-four cases of acne patients were divided into two groups.One hundred and twenty-eight cases as the treatment group were treated with acne debridement and 420 nm intense pulsed light, 126 cases as the control group were treated with 420 nm intense pulsed light.1 times every 2 weeks, a total of 4 times.After 2 months in the end of treatment,the curative effect, occurrence of depressed scar and regression of inflammatory erythema were evaluated.Results The differences in clinical efficacy were statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of depressed scar was 92.2% in treatment group and 69.8% in control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).As for the extinction time of inflammatory erythema, the treatment group was also significantly faster than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Debridement combined with 420 nm intense pulsed light in treatment of moderate to severe acne is more effective than 420 nm intense pulsed light alone.The occurrence of epression scar was significantly reduced, while the inflammatory erythema was promoted.
