雾霾天气下燃煤锅炉节能控制技术研究

         

摘要

In this paper,directed at such problems as low combustion efficiency,drum fan motor,water pump,motor power consumption higher grate in coal-burning boilers,a controlling technology coal-burning boiler parameter optimization is presented,in which,under the premise of dynamic load,with the optimal combustion efficiency as the objective function,the differential evolution al-gorithm is used to solve optimization.Taking S7-200 PLC as the controlling core,the boiler field simulation signal is transmitted to the PLC by the transmitter,which can be used to optimize the operation parameters of the industrial computer,so as to reach the purpose of saving energy and protecting environment in haze weather.%针对燃煤锅炉运行中发现燃烧效率低、鼓引风电机、给水泵、炉排电机耗电量高等问题,提出一种对燃煤锅炉参数寻优的控制技术,在随动负荷的前提下以最优燃烧效率为目标函数,并采用差异演化算法进行寻优求解。以 PLC S7-200作为控制核心,将锅炉现场模拟信号通过变送器传递给 PLC,从而将各测量参数输入工控机进行运行参数的优化计算,达到了燃煤锅炉在雾霾天气下的节能、环保目的。
