溶菌酶产生菌诱变选育的研究

     

摘要

采用紫外线、60 Coγ辐射对溶菌酶产生菌溶杆菌S2-6b进行诱变,通过初筛和平板复筛获得多株高产菌株,经多次摇瓶复筛表明,其中菌株UCo1产溶菌酶酶活力达8 148.60 U/mL,其平均酶活力比出发菌株提高了50%以上.连续传l0代,产酶活力稳定.%With ultraviolet ray and 60Co γ ray as the mutation agency radiating lysozyme-prod-ucting strain dissolving bacteriair s2-6b, many high production activity strains were obtained by the first screening and flat re-screening. The result of many fermentation re-screening in shake flask showed that the enzyme activity of strain Ucol was 8 148. 60 U/mL and the average production of lysozyme was increased by more than 50%. The enzyme activity remained steady after 10 continuous subcultures.
