通过不同时期摘袋和不同日照光量处理,研究了矮砧密植条件下光照积累量对苹果果实着色和品质的影响.结果表明:摘袋后,苹果果实花青苷含量迅速增加.采前18 d摘袋的果实,花青苷含量增加到一定程度后不再增加;采前12 d摘袋的果实,花青苷含量一直持续增加,采收时花青苷含量与早摘袋果实无显著差异.不同摘袋时期对苹果果实可溶性糖含量无显著影响,但晚摘袋果实有机酸含量高于早摘袋果实.苹果果实充分着色需要一定的光照积累量,在本试验条件下,采前30 d摘袋,每日需见光4 h以上,即从摘袋到采收有46289×106 lx以上的光照积累量.%Based on different periods of bag removing and ambient illumination, effects of solar radiation cumulant on fruit coloring and flavor quality indices of apple fruit with intensive planting on dwarf rootstock were studied. The results show that the anthocyanin in peel of bagged fruits increased rapidly after bag removal, anthocyanin content in fruit peel removed bags 18 d before harvest had a rapid increase during early stage and a slow accumulation close to picking, that of 12 d before harvest increased continuously until harvest, but no significant differences of anthocyanin contents were detected in both treatments of removing bag at harvest. The soluble sugar content of different periods of bag removing had no significant effect,but the organic acids of early bag removing are higher than that of late bag removing. The apple fruit coloring needed at least 46.289 × 106 lx solar radiation cumulation from removing bags to harvest.
