甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系花蕾生理生化特性研究

         

摘要

为探究甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育性与活性氧及其他物质的代谢关系,本研究以隐性核不育系‘绵油11号’的可育和不育花蕾为材料,对不同发育阶段花蕾的抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性及MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量进行分析.结果表明:在花蕾各个发育阶段,不育花蕾抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)明显低于可育花蕾,进而导致活性氧在花蕾组织中的积累;而可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量亦低于相应的可育花蕾;但MDA含量并无显著差异.综上,在生理生化水平上,不育植株花蕾中活性氧的异常、物质代谢紊乱是导致不育花蕾败育的关键因素.这对甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育的成因提供了新的理论依据,为进一步高效利用油菜杂种优势奠定了基础.%To reveal the relationships between recessive nuclear sterility and reactive oxygen species (ROS) or other metabolites in rapeseed (Brassica napus),the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT),contents of MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and dissociate proline in the flower buds of male-sterile lines and fertile lines of ‘Mianyou 11’ were analyzed in this study.The results showed that the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT) in flower buds of the male sterile lines were significantly lower than those measured in fertile lines at different stages of the development,which led to the accumulation of reactive oxygen species in the flower bud tissue.Also,the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and the dissociate proline in the flower buds of sterile lines was lower than those measured in fertile lines.In addition,there was no significant difference in MDA content.In summary,at the physiological and biochemical level,fluctuation of reactive oxygen species,metabolic disorders were key factors that led to flower bud abortion in male sterile lines.These results provided a new theoretical explanation for the causes of recessive nuclear sterility in Brassica napus,thus laying a solid foundation for more efficient utilization of heterosis in rape.
