机器视觉在膨胀螺栓自动装配线中的应用研究

摘要

基于机器视觉的膨胀螺栓自动装配线,可以准确分辨螺栓套筒的开口方向,从而保证能够实现膨胀螺栓的自动装配。其装配速度可以达到每分钟80套,装配合格率可达99%。该装配线的应用较好的解决了人工方式下,劳动强度大、用工成本高、效率低下等行业普遍问题。%The automatic assembly line of expansion bolt that based on machine vision,can accurately identify the opening direction of bolt coat,thus ensuring to realize the automatic assembly of expansion bolt.The assembly speed can reach 80 sets per minute,and the assembly qualified rate can reach 99%.The assembly line is used to better solve the industries generally problem in artificial manner,for example,the large labor intensity,the high labor cost,the low efficiency and so on.
