由东北问题看20世纪初清政府的主权观

摘要

20世纪初清政府尚执政时期，中国东北地区曾多次面临外来列强的侵略与渗透。尽管从结果上看，国土不断地被瓜分，但是清政府当时很多的维护国家主权的态度与做法，折射出清政府也存在一定的主权观。%At the beginning of the 20th century when the Qing government was still in power, the northeast China had encountered the threat of foreign invasion for many times.
