On the basis of the given system of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) direct torque control(DTC) , a speed controller for making PMSM-DTC system suitable for higher requirements applications is designed. This paper proposes a new piecewise GPC algorithm which is integrated with stair-like generalized predictive control algorithm; the objective function is added to a weight for square of predictive and given values' difference, and assigns different values to the weight in different periods. The results of simulation experiments showed that the new GPC algorithm based speed controller, more suitable for the actual projects with high performance requirement , has better dynamic performances, static performances and the shorter running time than the conventional GPC speed controller.%为了使永磁同步电动机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)系统适用于更高要求的场合,在给出PMSM -DTC系统的基础上设计了适用于该系统的速度环广义预测控制器(GPC),该控制器采用一种与阶梯式广义预测控制算法相结合的分段式新型广义预测控制(GPC)算法,该控制算法在目标函数中增加预测值和给定值差平方的加权项,并根据不同时段给目标函数加权项赋予不同值.仿真实验表明该新型GPC相对于传统的GPC具有更好的动静态性能及更短的运行时间,更适用于性能要求较高的工程实际应用.
