响应面法优化黄芪多糖提取工艺

         

摘要

在单因素试验的基础上,选择温度、时间、液料比为自变量,黄芪多糖提取得率为响应值,利用利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计,采用响应面分析法,研究各自变量交互作用及其对黄芪多糖得率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.结果表明,提取黄芪粗多糖的最佳提取工艺为提取温度为95℃、提取时间为156 min、液料比为29 mL/g、提取次数为4次.在此条件下黄芪多糖的得率为13.20%,与预测值极为接近,证明此实验方法可靠.%On the basis of single-factor experiments, Box - Behnken central composite design involving four variables at three levels was utilized to set up a quadratic polynomial regression equation for astragalus polysaccharide extraction yield as function of extraction temperature, time, material/liquid ratio, times and the pairwise interactive effects of the above four variables on their function were investigated by response surface analysis. The optimum conditions for extracting astragalus polysaccharide from astragalus were found to be; the optimum extraction extraction of APS was that extraction temperature 95 ℃ , extraction time 156 min, the liquid/material ratio 29 mL/g, extraction cycles 4. Under this condition, the APS yield of 13.20%. This experimental method was reliable because it was very close to the predicted value.
