短距绕组轴向磁阻式旋转变压器的优化分析

         

摘要

This paper proposes a new type of axial flux reluctance resolver with distributed windings in order to re⁃duce the measurement errors, and elaborates its structural components. The corresponding analysis on its optimiza⁃tion is carried out to figure out the important structural parameters. The change rules of the function errors are de⁃rived through the magnetic circuit analysis for different teeth numbers, different poles and phases. The finite ele⁃ment analysis method is used to study the effects of the output electromotive forces of signal windings when the val⁃ues of air gap and pole pairs are changed. The analysis results show that different structural parameters can cause the changes in the amplitude of the output voltage and the function error. The optimization process can improve the measurement accuracy of the axial flux reluctance resolver with distributed windings. As a result, it provides a theo⁃retical basis for the fabrication of prototypes to some extent.%为了降低测量误差,提出了一种具有分布式绕组的轴向磁阻式旋转变压器,并对一些结构参数进行了相应的优化分析。说明了这种新型旋转变压器的结构组成,在每极每相齿数不同的情况下,应用磁路解析法推导了函数误差的变化规律;运用有限元分析法研究了气隙以及极对数改变时对信号绕组的输出电势产生的影响。分析结果表明,结构参数的改变会引起输出电势的幅值以及函数误差的变化。通过优化分析,提高了这种具有分布式绕组的轴向磁阻式旋转变压器的测量精度,为样机的制作提供理论依据。
